All items will be sent as soon as money is received and cleared. They will be safely packaged and can withstand any problems that may arise in transit.

We ship regularly worldwide with ground, standard and airmail by Royal Mail, UPS & DHL. Requests for other methods can not be accepted.

EssentialMINI reserves the right to deliver the items from the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan or USA that depends from which stock we can serve you best. We only ship to verified Paypal addresses.

Please understand that we can not combine shipping on any purchase. Once an item is purchased the sale will be proceeded as it is. All sales are final. If you would like to order multiple items and want to have them shipped together, please contact us directly on EssentialMINI@hotmail.com

Customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, taxes and duties - which may be charged upon delivery. Please contact your local shipping agent to determine your estimated taxes and duties. Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.

We are not responsible for service transit time once the item is shipped out.

Due to unexpected situations it may happen that an item is not in stock or on delay. But please be sure all purchased items will be delivered by EssentialMINI, or the specific supplier or a full refund given!

We only ship to verified Paypal addresses. Please make sure your Paypal address is verified before sending payment. We cannot change any address after checkout has been completed. Please make sure you submit your correct address!

RETURNS

Shipping cannot be refunded. Shipping costs are paid to the carrier and for packaging material and they are never refundable after item is sent.

Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from delivered date to EssentialMINI@hotmail.com

We will send you a claim sheet that must be completed. Only a completed claim sheet can be accepted and proceeded to avoid any misunderstanding and to ensure fast and secure support.

We cannot accept any return without permission.

For replacement, merchandise must be returned by the same or comparable service within 7 business days of receipt in the original packaging accompanied with shipping label.

Returned items must not have any signs of use (incl. installation), abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Return costs are not refundable.

A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.

Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee on the item price.

EssentialMINI is not responsible for any merchandise that is not received or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms: We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning merchandise. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost

CARBON FIBRE

All carbon fibre products on EssentialMINI are hand made. This means all orders have to be made on a "demand" basis. This may mean for special items, your delivery make take upto 4-5 weeks.
